Trade is an economic activity of buying and selling goods and/or providing services in trade with the purpose of making a profit or other economic gain, on the domestic or foreign market. Trade is conducted as wholesale and retail trade. A trader is a legal or natural person registered for buying and selling goods and/or providing services in trade.
• A trader conducts trade freely and on equal terms in the market, in a way that does not prevent, limit, or disturb market competition.
• A trader can, without registration, perform other activities on a smaller scale that serve the conduct of trade, and are commonly carried out in conjunction with trade activities.
